LIDO-LANG Technical Translations is currently looking for candidates interested in the following position of:
Sales Manager
No. Sales/01/2012
Location: Kraków
The person on this position will be responsible for sales team management, defining and completing business goals, sales strategy formation.
Candidate’s main duties shall be:
• Sales Dept. management: carrying out all management, personal and business processes that regard Sales Department,
• Defining of sales strategy and short/ long business goals. Being responsible for their completion,
• Being responsible for sales dept staff evaluation and support,
• Maintaining customer relations and sales with existing corporate customers and creating new customer accounts,
• Maintaining all business contacts with international clients,
• Carrying out sales dept staff trainings in sales strategy and tools, as well as trainings of new employees,
• Market penetrating and identifying of new business opportunities,
• Participating in internal and external conferences, trade fairs and other marketing activities.
The successful candidate should hold the following skills:
• University degree, preferably in a trade/ economics/ marketing field,
• Post graduate studies or relevant course in Human Resources Management/Team Management would be an asset,
• Proficiency in English and one of given languages - German, French, Italian - is a must.
• Min. 3 yrs experience in sales dept, proved with significant successes,
• Min. 1 yr experience at position of Sales Manager or other position that involves team management,
• Knowledge of sales/ marketing tools ,
• Experience in translation agency environment would be considered as a plus,
• Great interpersonal skills: Ability to clear communicate,
• Ability to work to strict deadlines with changing objectives,
• Good attention to detail and passion for sales, challenges and working with people.
