Currently, for our Client – a leading FMCG company - we are looking for an experienced candidate. You will be a part of 360 Activation team supporting the communication with the customers by exploring all touchpoints to delivering the right message in the right time.
You will need to be a strong self-starter, be willing to take responsibility and enjoy getting things done in a pressured environment.
Key accountabilities
• define and translate Shopper insights into Shopper Marketing plans to drive the brands' growth
• provide the necessary templates and reports for the brand activation review and assessment of the brand activation capability
• support brand and trade in putting the campaign plans in place as a feeder to the operation plans
• liaise with external agencies and internal POS team to develop and implement in-store the campaigns
• analyze market & customer research data in order to understand brand issues and market opportunities
• search for and apply innovative and effective activation techniques for consumer communication at the point of sale, grounded insights into shopper
• development and implementation of shopper marketing campaigns
• execute and analyze category plans
• manage budgets
• cooperate with local and international teams
Essential requirements:
• min. 2 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing in a similar position
• awareness of product development, trade insights, copy strategy and ATL/BTL communication,
• experience in capture Voice of Customer, identification of customer needs and understanding of customer value
• track record of excellent marketing project management
• advanced presentation and analytical skills
• strong influencing and networking skills
• great ownership and focus on results
• enthusiasm and thrive to inspire others
• possess exceptional initiative and strong decision making ability
• readiness to overcome challenges
• ability to interact with employees at all levels, and to negotiate and influence others,
• fluency in written and spoken English
