Key Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KAM develops trust relationship with clients to ensure they do not turn to competition and to expand NATEK presence.

Typical candidate is a results driven professional capable to build successful business partnerships and long- term customer relationship. She or he is a skilled negotiator able to find solution and close the business.

Under leadership of Business Unit Manager (BUM), KAM or SKAM (KAM managing strategic customer for which NATEK delivers services in multiple branches) or Global KAM (KAM managing strategic customer for which NATEK delivers services in multiple countries) is in charge of developing relations with customers in order to propose NATEK service and to extend NATEK coverage.

This role acts as trusted advisor, uses consultancy-based approach and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. KAM understands well customer needs and is capable to generate future needs.

KAM works closely with an internal business unit team and other managers (Country Sales Manager, Country Sourcing Manager) to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES:

Customer retention/Customer development

  • Develop trust relationship with Hiring Managers of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the sourcing team understand fully the customers needs regarding job role and profileIf needed on a case-to-case basis, conducts meetings with final candidates, negotiates final PPD and gets PO.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

Focal Point

  • Serve as the link of communication between customer managers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Quality and reporting

  • Direct reporting to BU Manager, Functional reporting to Sourcing and Sales Managers.
  • Maintains control over audited procedures to ensure compliance. If weaknesses are identified, reports them to a Quality Department
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly transformation ratio results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience related to recruitment + customer facing role
  • Ability to provide solution based of customer needs
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, problem solving, creativity
  • English on advanced level (spoken and written), other language as French or German is a plus
