Zakres obowiązków:

to achieve agreed sales targets and ensure that resellers are kept informed of fiscal business performance.
to provide monthly sales forecasts by product groups.
to manage all aspects of account relationships with key accounts resellers on the area including sales, finance, training, etc.
to develop, implement and monitor Development Plans with reseller key accounts.
to assist reseller sales staff by regular field visits to drive sell-through.
to keep abreast of developments in the market and competitive activity advising management as appropriate.
to ensure that all required administration is carried out in an effective and timely manner and that all agreed procedures are complied with.
to ensure that personal knowledge of products and relevant technology is kept up to date.
represent the Company at industry events, shows, exhibitions, which may involve unsociable hours and time away from home.

Oczekiwania:

higher education
key Account Manager with business experience in account management – min. 5 years
proven track record of sales and managing individual accounts.
experience of selling to Key Regionals / Distributors& Regional Multiples.
track record in achieving budget and demonstrating good business acumen and strong financial skills
relationship builder, able to win the trust and respect of all internal and external customers.
ability to develop existing and potential accounts.
strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
good knowledge of the consumer electronics market
very good knowledge of English is a must
