Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.

For our client we are looking for a Key Account Manager Retail with experience in the food industry, our client is a dynamic company that is currently growing fast.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager Retail to manage the sales efforts for the Dutch market. You are entrepreneurial and take responsibility for your own actions, you have experience with growing markets and large retail accounts. Next to that you have been working in multi- disciplinary teams before. As a Key Account Manager Retail you are responsible for your own Retail Channel. Your channel team consists of; 2 account managers, 1 channel marketer and 2 Sales support managers. In this role as Key Account Manager Retail a high level of independency is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will be responsible for you own channel team
- You will need to develop the Retail channel for the Dutch market
- You are responsible for negotiating with large accounts
- Responsible for promotional actions and branding
- Passion and motivation for promoting and selling in a Retail environment
- You will be directing immediately to the Sales Director Netherlands

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience as a Sales Manager/Key Account Manager in the Food industry
- BSc or MSc degree in Business
- 3-5> years of experience in a Retail environment
- Experience in private label business
- You have a Hands- on and Can- do mentality
- You are entrepreneurial with an analytical edge
- You are flexible and need a dynamic environment
