THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.

For our client we are looking for a Key Account Manager for the Belgium (Retail) market. Our client is one of the most important players on the market of edible oils. More information on request concerning the company.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The headquarters of the company are based in The Netherlands, in this position you working home based. Most of your time you will be on the road in Belgium and you will also be on the headquarters in The Netherlands. The Key Account Manager Belgium (Retail) will be planning all commercial activities in the dynamic and challenging Belgium market. The company has already an large market share but needs to develop with Belgium market. The Key Account Manager needs an existing knowledge of this markets and has experience with large Belgium Retailers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain, but mainly expand the relation with important accounts
- Writing the Commercial Plan, containing Budgets and Goals
- Realize the goals of the Commercial Plan
- For the visibility on the shop floor
- Understand and interpret the Belgium Retail market and the developments within this market
- For sustainable growth of the company’s product in the Belgium market
- Negotiating the conditions about delivery and payments
- For New Business Development and implementing of innovative sales strategies

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on trade and/or marketing
- 5> years of experience within Sales in the Food industry
- Experience with the Belgium Retail market and large accounts
- You are a structured and precise worker
- You are commercial and assertive with distinctive communication skills
- You have experience working independently
- High level of organizational skills
