For our client an international company, we are currently looking for Junior Specialists with knowledge of German or Dutch language to fill some administrative positions.
On this position you will be responsible for planning, organizing business travels, events, trainings and business meetings. You will support your supervisors in their daily duties by translating thoughts into documents, ensuring that documents are completed as well as accurate in grammar and spelling. In addition, you will perform general administrative duties (photocopying, coordinating meetings, typing, faxing, arranging travel, preparing mails). Moreover, you will have contact with the clients and you will solve their issues.
We are seeking candidates with first experience in corporate environment with fluency in English and in German or Dutch. Multitasking person with well-developed communication, administrative and analytical skills is preferred. If you are an open person who wants to broaden knowledge and uses languages in daily tasks this position is for you!
