We’re looking for a person that’s not afraid of working with a client. Moreover, the perfect candidate has very good knowledge of French or German (B2 level at least) and good knowledge of English.
In your daily job you will deal with different documents so you need to be well organised. Your problem-solving attitude will be an asset because you’ll work in fast changing environment. Moreover ability to communicate effectively with others is very important, because your work will depend on teamwork.
You don’t need to have any experience in Customer Service related area, but if you do – that’s great!
