Responsibilities:

As the Specialist HR Office, you will prepare and deliver HR documents to employees or authorities, such as: certificates, confirmation letters and statement of income. You will further archive the employee personnel file according to legal requirements and company needs, and register and maintain employee master data in the HR IT system while assuring its quality and consistency.

On the position of Senior Specialist you will be responsible for contract and document management, administration of pension and insurance, global mobility, compensation & benefits, employee separation, preparation and delivery HR reporting and analytics, data management, OTJ trainings.

Working in HR Office department, in the first period you will be also engaged in an exciting project, building up the HR Office in Gdynia. To succeed in this role you will provide expertise in a broad variety of HR Administration Services. You will actively support service implementation, development and continuous improvement of HR Office deliveries. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in related area (HR, Business Administration etc.)
  • Administration experience, preferably within personnel file management, document management and/or employee data management
  • Proven track record of providing administrative support within in a large, preferably international organization
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and preferably advanced IT skills in HR Data Management Systems
  • Excellent English skills required - written and verbal. Additional European language skills will be advantageous (Nordic, German, Russian preferably)
  • Previous work experience in Customer Service/BPO environment will be a strong asset

For Senior Specialist position we require minimum 3 years of experience within HR Administration in one/several European countries and expertise in minimum one of below areas: Employment Contract Management, HR Reporting and Analytics, Payroll Data Management, Administration of Pension and Insurance, Administration of Global Mobility.
