Our client, one of the world’s leading consultancy and engineering companies is hiring a Junior Roads Design Engineer for our Bucharest Office.

Your new role

Position is subordinated to Infrastructure Department Manager and there are no subordinates responsibilities
Roads design activities for projects and studies in various development stages
Engineering calculations and sizing
Preparing Bill of quantities
Technical support during construction works
Attendance to internal project review meetings
Estimate duration, propose and agree deadlines with PM for allocated design activities
Perform department internal quality checks for documents prepared by other engineers
Willing to travel intern and abroad if needed less than 50%


What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor degree in Roads & Bridges
- Good knowledge of Romanian and European design standards, regulations, laws
- Good knowledge operating with Autocad, MS Office
- Revit, Civil 3D or other 3D design software would be an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English
