Junior / Regular Business Analyst

We are currently looking for Junior / Regular Business Analyst
Location: Cracow (Podgórze) / Fully remote
Working hours: afternoon shift pattern (circa 2 pm - 10 pm)
Duration: Long-term assignment
Key responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder expectations, fostering open and honest communication; resolve stakeholder conflict and represents the interests of other stakeholders
- The role will be varied working on both business and IT-focused projects
- Adopt our client's Transformation Framework within the project and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Support the business and functions in assessing current state operating model, translating strategy into target operating models
- Develop a network of professional relationships (within Global Transformation and with delivery partners) to improve collaborative working and encourage openness and of sharing ideas, information, and collateral.
Experience required:
- 2-5 years of working in a business analysis role
- MUST be willing to work an afternoon shift pattern (circa 2 pm – 10 pm) to work with international project teams.
- Experience in business analysis, solution design or change & implementation or consulting activities.
- Must be willing to work on varied projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Understanding and prior experience of the banking/financial services industry hugely beneficial.
- Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference
- Knowledge of MS Office and business analysis tools
- Business Analysis Certifications (CBAP/CCBA) are an advantage
