Junior Receivables Specialist (Late Shift)

Currently we are looking for candidates with very good English language skills who would like to interact with US clients on a daily basis and develop their interpersonal and communication skills.
Main accountabilities
- Managing portfolio of customers and collecting accounts receivable balances
- Performing basic reconciliations
- Handling clients’ requests and disputes
- Interacting with Client's various parties and entities
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with assigned Customers and representatives
Ideal candidate profile
- Very good command of English (min. B2)
- Very good communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Focus on details
- Multitasking and ability to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Ability to work during Polish holidays when required
- Readiness to work in late shift hours (monthly work schedule: 70% late shifts, 30% morning shifts)
