Job description
- Processing O2C transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Understanding and developing the current state of processes
- Analyzing and responding to Client’s and customers’ requests
- Responsible for a customer focused service towards the Client, reacting to client requests and queries in a timely manner
- Working closely with the Client and building up good relationship
- Working on everyday improvements to the process
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality and professional service up to agreed SLAs
- Achieves targets to maximize productivity, quality and service standards
Candidate’s profile
- Fluent Dutch and good English is required
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good analytical skills
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Ability to identify areas for improvements and proactive approach
- Knowledge of F&A processes an transition experience would be an asset
