At the moment we are looking for:

- Managing and monitoring project schedule and budget
- Monitoring and reporting of project performance
- Creating documents and presentations about processes and changes
- Coordinating the work in several projects
- Contact with suppliers
- Taking care of communication in projects
- Verification of project documentation (transfer and development of projects materials)
- Support in the implementation of the program in terms of IT security
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Understanding of IT and various technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with external and internal suppliers
- Very good knowledge of English
- Excellent IT management skills (budgeting, reporting, scheduling tasks, independence, etc.)
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks on time
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Broad portfolio of interesting, international projects in pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking and manufacturing industry
