Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for coordinating project action plan, communicate and escalate to project manager; make sure all relevant data is correctly provided to managed service provider and project manager; invoicing data and support the consolidated invoice testing; support getting the correct and updated data for each type of future requests; make sure the suppliers, requestors and approvers are trained as needed by the managed service provider partner. You will be also responsible for coordinating the correct flow of the information and maintaining correct communication between stakeholders, partners and suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
Your fluency in French and English, will lead to your success. You need to have an analytical and communication skills on the high level and first project coordination experience. We will be more than happy to see that you are well organized, assertive and motivated person who is not afraid of new professional challenges.
