We are currently looking for an experienced Project &Transition specialist interested in new and challenging role within expanding SSC in Wrocław.
You would be responsible for designing, building and implementation projects with regards to Procure-to-Pay process and support transitions. On this position you would have to understand and support business goals and lead project delivery during design and build phase.
During transition / implementation phase you would be supporting transition manager in creation of deliverables during all phases of the implementation such as as-is analyses, to-be process design, knowledge transfer, cut-over preparation and stabilisation as well as IT tools implementation and testing with SSC staff / local entity. You will be preparing training materials and monitoring knowledge transfer on-site in country (German and Italy) as well as provide support & guidance to ensure process understanding.
For each project you will support transition manager with proactive risk management and resolution of major issues and coordinate stabilisation phase.
We are looking for highly motivated team member with proven record of at least 2-4 years of job experience in relevant fields (Project and Transition Management) and willingness to travel. To be successful on this position you should have first experience in project management and ideally in transitioning accounting activities into a Shared Service Center environment (creation of desktop procedures, work shadowing, etc.). Excellent English language skills plus solid level of German or Italian language are essential.
