For our Client, international company located in Katowice supporting logistics processes, we are currently looking for Candidates, with very good command of English and preferably other European language, to work as Junior Order Entry Specialist in O2C department.
Main responsibilities on this position include operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, being in touch with local Customer Service organisations, warehousing, distribution and transportation, reviewing and solving tickets in Customer Relationship Management System.
To be successful on this position you need to have very good command of English and preferably good command of other European language (Spanish, German, Italian, French). Other important requirements
include problem solving, decision making skills and ability to work with various IT applications (knowledge of Excel will be an asset).
