The role is part of the enterprise global networks & telecommunications function, and responsible for the global implementation, operation of all voice, data and network related services for Client's administrative and manufacturing functions.Provides mainly a support function to all global projects such as: network tech refreshes, devices lifecycle management and new solutions requested by the business. This role is also supporting some of activities managed by the Seniors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintaining the enterprise-level network infrastructures to support business and technical functions; Monitoring the daily operations of plant and local network infrastructures; Providing 1st and 2nd tier of support for local, domestic and international data network facilities ; Supporting moves, adds or changes for local and domestic data network facilities; Maintaining current technical expertise in the rapidly changing enterprise networking, infrastructure and communications disciplines; Managing Remote Access solution for Enterprise Network, Users/ VPN to warehouses; Maintaining documentation to support Global Standards; Supporting Client’s enterprise routers/switches, wireless services, voice and video systems
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of related experience in network & telecommunications related roles in IT department; Experience in configuration and installation of Cisco routers, switches and Wireless Technology Services; Knowledge of network’s and security systems, standards and infrastructure; Highly desirable certifications for this position may include Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA); ITIL Foundations Certification is desirable; Must be able to effectively communicate in English – both written and verbal
