We are currently looking for a person to join our team as an Intern in Marketing Department.
Successful interns will be offered full-time cooperation opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within other departments
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Creation and verification of a detailed marketing plan
- Publication and coordination of all marketing material in line with marketing plan
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, analyzing results
- Responsibility for brand management and CSR campaigns
- Preparing online advertising campaigns
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities
- Creating a wide range of company marketing and promotional materials
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Participation in marketing-related events and organization of independent networking events
SKILL SETS REQUIRED
- Fluent in English and Polish (excellent written and spoken communication skills)
- Good knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage
- Bachelor degree in Marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-tasking and problem solving
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of the marketing tactics and models
- Knowledge of basic concepts of CSR / experience with CSR activities
