International logistics company established in Gdynia with their Shared Service Center. Company is one of the best connected feeder and shortsea network in Northern Europe. For our Client we are looking for IT Supporter.
Your new role
Holding the position of Junior IT Supporter, you will be responsible for acting as the 1st line support for all Client employees across all countries and sites. Moreover, your daily activities will include handling requests (calls and e-mails) , solving tasks related to computer HW and more.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have At least 1 year of experience in similar position. You should have good Good command of Microsoft Windows Server and Windows PC OS’s (Microsoft Windows 7 and 10) as well as Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Skype for Business). Fluent English and good communication skills are also required.
