For one of our client, we are looking for an Junior IT Support with English.
The person on this position will be responsible for troubleshoot issues and extend conferences, escalating if necessary, arrange test calls as required with external parties and ensure all video and audio conferences are booked.
We are looking for a person, who has excellent communication skills, working with non-technical users and clients regarding technical situations. Fluent English is a must. Understanding Skype 4 business and VC experience will be a plus.
