On behalf of our Client, a Global Shared Service Centre in Ĺ ódĹş, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Junior IT Service Support Specialist.
Holding the position of Junior IT Service Support Specialist you will be responsible for the technical support of IS/IT services incorporating computer hardware and applications software installed on our client’ networks. You will be expected to create and manage user accounts; record, analyze and manage calls from customers via telephone and emails also providing first line support.
To be successful in this role you need to have real passion for an IT industry and experience in working within it. You should also be fluent in English language (B2/C1 level) and have an university degree in IT or related. Ideal Candidate should have technical knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems, local area networks and also Microsoft Office applications. Experience in working as a customer service/service support would be an advantage.
