For one of our Clients, a well-established international company based in Wrocław we are currently looking for Junior IT Project Manager.
Your new role
Within the role you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects and change management initiatives, that are assigned to you. You will be expected to work closely with the business as well as with testers and developers, each day will bring new challenges and will consist of 80% Project Management and 20% Business Analyses. You will initiate the projects, design the proposal, present it to Management, and take full delivery responsibility for it.
What you'll need to succeedWe are looking for Candidates with at least 3 years of previous experience in similar role, who demonstrate outstanding analytical, presentational and project management skills. You have to be able to coach and motivate your team-mates to fulfill their job on time, take initiatives and ownership for projects. An ideal Candidate will know PM methodologies (Prince, Lean etc.) and will have excellent communication skills in English language.
