MAIN TASKS:
Is in charge of the communication with customers and offers solutions tailored to their needs, according to the expertise and the company's production capacity. It follows in full their projects, from the quotation to invoicing.
SALES:
- To maintain the relationship with existing clients in order to propose the company's services
Organization :
- To manage projects during the presales phase and study the public tenders
- To follow projects in full during the presales phase with the help of the executive managers
Project management:
- To ensure the management of its own projects from the stage of pre-sales until final acceptance of the system by the customer (to develop customer’s loyalty and to negotiate)
- To ensure compliance of the provided service with regard to customer requirements
- To manage the planning of projects which he/she is in charge of, including outsourcing, with compliance with the company's commitments
- To alert the management for non-adjustable drift by the different services managers
- To manage interventions on client site via a subcontractor network at the beginning
- To manage and to act on the budget of the projects in order to maintain and improve the margin
- To make reporting of the projects progress he/she is in charge of, and to forward it to the executive management
TARGETS:
To achieve the year targets and to retain customers
Responsibilities:
- the customers’ satisfaction in presales phase
- the compliance with customers’ responses deadlines
- the profitability of the projects which he/she is responsible
- the business reporting
Autonomy:
-Autonomous, with reporting to the site manager

- Starting with a 6 months contract, that can be renewed and become a permanent contract

- Work in office in Krakow
- Frequent travel in Poland
- Salary according to experience
SKILLS:
- Bachelor in Mechanics and /or machine design
- 5-10 years’ experience in sales and/or project management in process of production lines
- Team management and team spirit
- Management of subcontractors in mechanical, electrical and PLC programming
- Management of local suppliers
- English speaking
- Driving license
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Well organized
