For our Client, international company that is currently building multilingual Shared Service Center in Cracow, we are looking for Candidates interested in HR field.
While working at the position of HR Specialist, you will be responsible for solving company's employees queries- how to manage data information in the system, where to apply for internal transfer. Your role will be to make sure all information in HR system is filled in correctly. You will be also supporting recruitment team and managers in the process of recruitment (scheduling Candidates, checking managers availability). We have open vacancies in various departments- Employee Lifecycle Management, Talent Acquisition, Travel& Expenses.
We are looking for Candidates with interest in HR field and experience in an international companies. We are open for both- fresh graduates as well as Specialists with experience in HR. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people are also required. We are looking for Candidates with good English and one of following: Czech or Slovak (B2 level is a must).
