For our Client, one of the world’s leading manufacturing company, we are looking for a passionate, success-oriented professional for the position of Junior HR development specialist.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will be focused on implementing the Employer Branding strategy, using the Social Media Marketing, participating at job/career fairs and taking care of the relationship management with local universities and student bodies. Moreover, you will be involved in preparing the Training & Development need analysis for employees of Romania and work actively for the customization and implementation of the corporate programs as well as local induction and on boarding activities. Participating with the creation of articles and various content to internal communication within region will be other periodical tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
The preferred candidates should have minimum 6 months of experience in Talent acquisition, Training & Development area. Fluency in written and verbal English and Romanian languages is mandatory requirement and basic Social media background would be preferred.

You’ll have exposure at regional level, being the main point of contact for all the people development related activities and projects for Romania and having direct reporting line to Regional level.
