On behalf of our Client, leading global advisor in the area of human capital and management consulting services, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in HR Customer Service position for centre located in Krakow.
You will be responsible forproviding telephone and email support for the employees of the company’s clients who contact customer service with questions about benefits, contracts, reference letters, documents, operation of HR system and with more complex cases to get a solution.
To be a successful Candidate you mustbe a fluent English and French or Italian or German speaker (C1 is a minimum). You also must be a good communicator and be open for a role that requires to interact with colleagues from all over the world on a daily basis. It is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and those who have a few months’ work experience, and would like to learn more about business work. This is great opportunity if you are available for full-time work and want to gain the security of permanent employment contract.
