On behalf of our Client, an international company, that is establishing a new SSC to provide financial and accounting services from Gdańsk, we are currently recruiting for the position of Junior Fixed Assets Specialist
To be successful in this roleyou will need experience in similar position. SAP AA (Fixed Asset) Module knowledge is required. Additionally familiarity with investment process production industry will be beneficiary. We are looking for junior professionals with at least 0,5 year experience. The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure of time. Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Finnish, German or Swedish will be an asset.
The chosen Candidate will be responsible forensuring effective operation of the Fixed Asset process which will include supervision if settlement runs are processed on a timely and accurate basis and that all capitalisation and disposal of assets is undertaken in line with customer requests on a timely and accurate basis. What is more, the chosen Candidate will ensure that depreciation is run and posted as well as monitor fixed asset verification undertaken by the customers. Additionally, Fixed Assets Specialist will co-operate and control asset inventory process, prepare and reconcile reports and prepare month-end and year-end tasks.
