Our Client – Real Estate Company – is looking for a person for the position of the Junior Financial Specialist.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for handling of finance managers’ requests and ad-hoc queries in relation to management of the existing debt portfolio, preparing cash flow models and presentations for internal purposes, analysing financial reports, reconciliation of accounting documents and data, assuring accuracy and completeness of information. The Junior Specialist’s scope of duties will also cover cooperation with internal departments to support their processes from finance team standpoint according to company’s standards and values.
The ideal Candidate should have nearly 1 year of professional experience in analysis. We are looking for a person who speaks fluent English. The Junior Financial Analyst should be an open-minded, communicative person, who is eager to gain new professional experience in a developing company. We are looking for someone who is well-organized, accurate and passionate about numbers. Providing quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensuring due dates and deadlines are met and the projects successfully implemented.
