Responsibilities:
- performing documents check, transaction verification and research,
- processing customer transactions,
- perform reviews,
- assisting in drafting and documenting policies, procedures and processes,
- building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients and ensuring any queries are dealt,
- resolve issues in a timely manner.
- fluent German (B2/C1 level) and good English (B2 level) is a must,
- experience in working AML or compliance would be an asset,
- experience in SSC/ BPO sector would be an advantage,
- advanced spreadsheet skills,
- strong problem-solving skills,
