Your daily responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound contact with existing business partners from the Italian, Spanish or German market
- Providing them with the details of Google AdWords products and possibilities for their business
- Understanding the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage continued long-term relationship
- Work to tight timelines and specific metric targets
- Preparation of the ad-hoc reports for business partners and Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and spoken level of one the following languages: Italian, Spanish or German
- Advance level of English language
- Ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and expand use of company's products and services
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build the business relationship
- Min. high school diploma required; four year degree a plus
- Working experience in Customer Service, On-line Marketing or Sales area will be an asset
