For our Client, an international business company located in Krak贸w, we are looking for Junior Customer Service Specialist with German (part-time job - 4 days per week)
Your new role
While working at this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone and email. That includes: troubleshoot and work with the Operation team to resolve customer issues, convert new customers coming in via inbound calls, emails and social media channels, work towards improving our digital products and our portfolio partner companies.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in both spoken and written English and German. What is more, you need to be a people-oriented person, happy to talk to customers. Excellent written and telephone manner, customer focus and computer literate are also required. We are looking for fresh graduates who are ready to start careers in international company with lots of development opportunities.
