HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

Junior Customer Service Advisor (German)

 

Working as part of our Customer Service Team the Junior Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive telephone, email and webchat support directly to the employees of our clients. The Junior Specialist answers enquires and queries, processes requests and provides guidance on our Client's HR processes, transactions and systems. For more complicated or in depth queries the Junior Specialist will work with the relevant internal team or management to deliver on customer requests contacting the client as required.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Delivers a high level of Customer Service for external customers by adhering to our customer service values.
  • Develops a good level of client knowledge, understanding what is important to the client and the impact of own actions upon them.
  • Attends and participates in client meetings and calls to present information and data on client tools, processes and applications.
  • Follows instructions and processes agreed with the client ensuring that they are documented correctly.
  • Builds and maintains knowledge and expertise in all client and internal tools and systems.
  • Takes ownership for and delivers day to day service to customers within the agreed scope to meet client expectations (measures include service level agreements, customer satisfaction, feedback, operational statistics).
  • Identifies, highlights and implements innovative ideas for process improvement to increase productivity and overall client experience.
  • Embraces and reacts positively to change by proposing and participating in the implementation of changes and solutions.
  • Responsible for own continuous professional and personal development including keeping abreast of statutory obligations, guidelines and legislation.
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships internally and externally of the team.

 

Required:

  • High school – Matura examination is required.
  • English Language – B2 Level is required
  • German Language – B2 Level is required
  • Work in an international or outsourcing company will be an asset, preferably in a Call Centre / Customer Service environment.
  • Experience in using computer applications is required (MS Office is essential).
