For our Client, a Fortune 500 company and global leader in paper and packaging products, we are looking for candidates for Junior Customer Service Administrator French speakerposition to join Global Business Services Centre in Krakow.
On this position you will be responsible fordelivering exceptional customer service to our Client’s customers. You will be responsible for servicing long-standing customers in Europe. You will answer their questions, manage their purchase orders and ensure their satisfaction with the service. You will become knowledgeable in logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation. You will also learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes in order to successfully manage your customer accounts.
To be a successful Candidate you mustbe a fluent French and English speaker (C1 is a minimum). Good analytical skills are also required. You should be detail oriented person with strong desire of providing high quality customer service. We are looking for dynamic Graduates with University degree. Previous experience in customer service area will be considered as a great advantage but is not a must.
