Junior C++ Developer

As a Junior C++ Developer, you will have the opportunity to join us in helping hundreds of the world’s best companies, both small and large, in solving their business problems. What we require:

- One year of experience in C++ software development;

- Understanding of Object-oriented programming (OOP);

- Knowledge of SQL;

- Experience in Test-driven development (TDD);

- Familiarity with Version control system (preferably Git);

- Communicate in spoken and written English;

- Proficient in writing high-quality code on Windows and UNIX systems;

- Write concurrent/multithreaded native code for multiple platforms;

- Working knowledge of networking;

- Familiar with RPC concepts;

- Understanding of software development processes and tools.

 

Nice-to-haves

- Fundamental knowledge of Java SE8 and Spring Framework and willingness to learn Java;

- Some experience in Go language would be an asset;

- Capable of aiding his/her work with a little dose of shell scripting;

- Knowledge of cross-platform programming;

- Understand Continuous Integration/Delivery concepts;

- Knowledge of design patterns;

- Familiarity with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban);

- Familiarity with code written in Go, PHP, Javascript, HTML, Bash.
