For our client, a worldwide leading company with stable position on the market, for new Global Service Centre based in Wroclaw, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process requests for purchases
- Analyze price proposals and financial information to determine reasonable prices
- Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors and other representatives
- Initiate inventory transfers as needed to provide fulfillment and balance of stock levels
- Monitor delivery time to ensure that vendors are performing per agreement
- Research of new item and development
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree (Economics preferred)
- Experience in supply chain especially in procurement area will be an asset
- Fluent English written and oral
- Very good German or French written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in working with SAP or other ERP system will be appreciated
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Very good negotiating skills
- Multi-Tasking and problem solving capabilities
- Good organization and ability to prioritize tasks
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability of work in Culture of Compliance
