• Manage vendor creation + vendor data changes
• Manage FO creation process
• Manage invoice approval process (DFM’s via Accenture)
• Support with contract management (SPT/NDA/SCoC)
• Support ERP integration Munich office
• Contact person for MCS team (Mars Commercial Service Center)
• Process Management experience is preferred
• Fluent in English, German and Dutch
• Experiences with systems: SAP, DFM (Document Flow Management), MS office

This role is responsible for supporting “Operational Excellence” in the Indirect sourcing area within the GBA region (Germany, Benelux, Austria) and across all Buying Categories (Supply Services, Business Services, Marketing & Sales, Logistics) and segments (Confectionary, Petcare, Food).Responsibilities
• Drive and implement on behalf the GBA region best practice in field of "Operational Excellence”:• Manage vendor creation + vendor data changes
• Manage FO creation process
• Manage invoice approval process (DFM’s via Accenture)

Requirements
• 1 year experience• Process Management experience is preferred
• Fluent in English, German and Dutch
