The role
We are currently looking for our expanding activity in Krakow for a talented Junior Business Development Manager. The main responsibilities for the role are:
- To manage existing accounts, maintain business relationships and uncover new opportunities at existing clientele
- To interview and select consultants who provide specialized IT services
- To proactively initiate new client partnerships by capturing new business opportunities and generating new business
- To assign consultants in accordance with the appropriate skills needed in each project
- To manage the consultants’ teams during the different steps in their career paths
- To follow-up projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and consultants’ success
- To insure the full profit and loss responsibility for your Business Unit
The profile
- Education: Master degree in Management, Business or similar.
- Professional background : minimum a first professional experience with positive results as an account manager or in recruiting (IT / telecommunication / banking / insurance / automotive).
- An international and multicultural experience is highly expected.
- Soft-skills: great communication skills (to deal both with clients and teams of consultants), entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated negotiation talent, excellent closing abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, strong drive to succeed, result-focused, ambitious.
- Languages: English is mandatory, French is an asset.
