Opis stanowiska pracy
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Process, verify, and audit various documents such as invoices, expense reports, journal entries, time reports, purchase orders; maintain related logs and records,
- Balance items, entries, or amounts related to documents processed
- Proofread paperwork and correct discrepancies of a routine nature under prescribed policies and procedures, notifying supervisor of discrepancies outside normal guidelines,
- May respond to routine questions.
Wymagania
Requirements:
- degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar,
- preferably around 1 year of related accounting experience,
- high level of Swedish and good English,
- good analytical skills and attention to details,
- experience in using computer accounting systems like SAP will be plus
