THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
The company is a middle large company in the Food Industry, with two locations in the Netherlands with +/- 120 FTE. For one the locations, the company is looking for a junior Operations Manager who is willing to make his/her next step in their career. The company is currently going through a reorganisation and is looking for ways to grow.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The operations manager is responsible for one of the locations. The company is looking for a young operations manager/production manager with several years of experience in production-environment in a food industry, who is looking for a next step in their career and are willing to learn and develop their skills as an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager is responsible for production, maintenance, engineering and quality&safety. The Operations Manager will be directly reporting to the CEO. The companies is looking for ways to grown and is currently working on the implementation of continuous improvement. The Operations Manager is also responsible motivating and coaching employees to keep up the KPI's and improving performances and processes.

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum bachelor degree in food technology, engineering or something similar
-3-5 years of management experience within production in the Food Industry, for example Team/Shift Leader or Production Manager
-3-7 years of working experience
