We are looking for dynamic people who speak German and English very well to work as Recruitment Assistant. Very autonomous role, contacts with people from various countries, many opportunities of development. Job in centre of Wroclaw, in big, German company.

The role duties:
- Administrative responsibility for the entire recruiting process in the EMEA region;
- Posting of job advertisement in diverse international job boards and social media channels;
- International Interview Coordination for phone, face-to-face and video interviews;
- Requisitions creation and closing in our global E-Recruiting System;
- Correspondence with international candidates as well as rejection management;
- Request missing data and entry into the global E-Recruiting System;
- Close collaboration with the Global Competence Center Recruiting, the local HR Generalists as well as the Hiring Managers;
- Management of international Recruiting Agencies and Providers;
- Contact person for international candidates, local HR Generalists, Hiring Managers and Recruiters;
- Support in local and global Recruiting Projects.
We need you to have:
- Very good knowledge of German
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ideally some experiences in a similar position in an international environment
- Comfortable with MS Office applications
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to details
- Open minded with strong communication skills
- Self-motivation, independence and stress-resistance
