Java virtuoso (Senior Developer)

Our band performs by playing an innovative tools and using the newest back-end and web design technologies, creating scalable, efficient pieces of (programming) art made of personal preferences and information.
Majority of performances is dedicated to travelling industry, which means, that while booking apartment or renting a car, the probability that you are using our products is pretty high.
Like in every well organized team, we strongly focus on following processes of: continuous de-livery, code quality maintenance and limiting technical debt.

Responsibilities:
- Designs, codes and refactors complex parts of the code, due to Agile standards;
- Defines and implements code patterns to solve business logic/validation/web-services in-tegration;
- Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solution;
- Supports less experienced team members.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Java programming;
- Excellent Object Oriented design and programming practices knowledge (Clean Code, Refactoring, Design Patterns, SOLID principles);
- Experience in applying development agile methods (TDD, Continuous Integration, Code Quality, Code Review, Pair Programming);
- Experience in web-development HTML5, JS;
- Familiarity with XML, XPATH, XSD;
- Speaking in English is a must as an auditory is located all around the world;
- Willing to develop and learn new areas and technologies;
