Best Shore Application Services Poland is a business unit within HP Enterprise Business spanning almost the whole world. Its objective is to deliver high quality outsourced application services to HP customers. Best Shore Application Services Poland Center is a large, quickly developing organization located in Warsaw, dealing with application development and management for key Polish and international companies. Its main focus is on Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence, JEE, .NET solutions and SAP implementation.


We are looking for:

Java/JEE Programmers/Designers

who will be working in project teams which design, build and maintain custom applications for our global and local customers. This role will be responsible for:

• analysis, design, development, documenting, reviewing and unit-testing of custom applications,
• interaction with customers: extracting requirements, work planning and project related communication,
• interaction with project managers / solution architects / technical leaders: providing requested information and deliverables, timely communication about potential as well as occurring issues,
• work planning and effort estimates for the projects.

We require:
• Experience in Java/JEE applications software development
• Good knowledge of
o Java
o JEE
o Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Webservices, EJB, JSP, JSF, JPA
o HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, jQuery
o SQL
o XML
o Object-oriented Design, Design Patterns
• Very good English language skills
• Well-developed analytical thinking abilities
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude.
• Good teamwork abilities, collaborative approach to people.
We appreciate:
• Travel availability
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Working knowledge of UML
• Communicative knowledge of other main European languages will be an additional advantage (German, French, Italian, Spanish)
• Familiarity with UNIX environment and SQL databases (Oracle)
• Knowledge of SOA concepts, ESB products
