For our Client, a global provider of software engineering and IT consulting services located in Kraków, we are looking for Candidates on position Java developer.
Your new role
Working on this position you will maintain highest levels of development practices including: technical design, solution development, systems configuration, documentation, test, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code. As a Java developer you will work closely with analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions and integrate third party products into internal systems as well as support and further evolve existing systems. You will work face to face with the people who use our products, and need to have the soft skills & competence to work with them. Moreover you will use the best of both client and the outside world when it comes to technology or products and perform end-to-end application development, one or a few AEs may own an entire app and need to build the front end, middle tier, storage and integration points.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have professional work experience with Java and degree in computer science/engineering or related field. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience implementing and integrating with 3rd party software through full system implementation life-cycles (analyse, design, build, test, implement, support). Moreover, very good problem-solving skills: able to break down problems independently and working with systems that handle sensitive data is a must. In order to be relevant candidate you need to have solid understanding of information management, data modeling, system integration, development methodologies (including unit testing).
