Opis stanowiska
Duties:
- Invoice to Cash activities support including collection process
- contacting customers from EMEA (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) regarding overdue accounts and determining reasons for non-payment
- preparing reports and analysis
Wymagania
We are looking for the candidates:
- Studying or graduated faculty of Philology, Management, Economics, International Relations or Finance
- Having excellent communicative and customer service skills
- Speaking very good English and German
- Being friendly with Excel
- Would like to develop in accounting area and ready to do repetitive tasks
- With excellent organizational skills
- Available at least 32h per week
