For our Client, a globally well- known company, we are currently looking for an IT Team Supervisor.
In this role you will be responsible for guiding and directing all of the Service Desk staff, carrying out administrative functions, reviewing assignments for accuracy and quality of the service provided. You will be the main point of contact for escalations and act as a subject matter for the Service Desk Team.
To be successful in this role you need to have proven experience in IT support (min. 3 years), a degree in Computer Science is essential, but not necessary. The candidate has to be an excellent decision- maker and problem solver, and also must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Italian, German or French. Apart from that the candidate must exhibit a seasoned knowledge of the IT infrastructure and be able to handle working under pressure.
