On behalf of our Client, global organization located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in IT Team Manger position.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and training globally distributed deskside team. You will ensure that the right resources, processes and reporting are in place, adaptable to changing business priorities. You also will provide the quality of services guaranteeing the highest business profits out of technology. Holding this position you will be in charge of deskside technologies, management of IT assets, cooperation with other business units to forecast requirements and manage expectations, as well as assisting in maintaining full legal complicity of installed software.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you must have min. 3-6 years of relevant experience as Team Manager of deskside specialists (including HR administrative tasks such as: performance appraisals, promotions, delegating tasks etc.). You must have experience with ITIL Service Management functions, Microsoft Certification MCITP or equivalent knowledge in Enterprise-level deskside computing and experience of undertaking detailed analysis of desktop IT systems. Having experience in Service Now would be strong advantage. Due to international environment you must have fluent knowledge of English.
