International logistics company established in Gdynia with their Shared Service Center. Company is one of the best connected feeder and shortsea network in Northern Europe. For our Client we are looking for IT Supporter.
Your new role
Holding the position of IT Supporter, you will be responsible for acting as the 1st and 2nd line support for all Client employees across all countries and sites. Moreover, your daily activities will include handling requests, solving tasks related to computer HW and troubleshooting . You will participate in IT projects as well.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have minimum 3 year of experience in similar position. You should have good knowledge technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Windows PC OS’s (Microsoft Windows 7 and 10), Microsoft SQL and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager as well as Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Skype for Business).Experience in administrating a LAN/WAN environment (switches, wireless access points and firewalls) will be an asset. Fluent English and good communication skills are also required.
