For our Client, the international company located in Krak贸w, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of IT support specialist.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for providing support for users as well as solving and escalating IT issues. You will manage IT devices such as printers and video conference system (installation, configuration and setup), provide IT service for present and future end user (IT devices, phones and applications) and be responsible for general user administration. You will also conduct IT trainings and be a part of on-duty phone schedule outside normal working hours.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Candidate you must be experienced in hardware and software installation, user administration as well as Windows and Office environment. You must also show strong practical knowledge of IT support processes. Being familiar with the technologies such as: ServiceNow, Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Lync etc. will be an asset. Excellent written and spoken level of English is mandatory.
