IT EMEA Support Specialist
On this role as a Service Desk Delivery team member your goal will be to support our Shared Service Center teams by providing customer-focused ticket resolution and desktop support. More importantly you will be responsible for the following:

In order to be successful in this position you need to have experience in working in IT Service Desk and written and spoken fluency in English as well as first class customer service skills. Moreover, we would like you to be strong in interpersonal skills and troubleshooting problems. Having general IT knowledge and willingness to learn new technologies as well as experience in working with documentation will help you to stand out even more.

- Desktop support, such as moves, advanced user administration, installation and replacement of IT equipment
- Resolving incidents and requests or escalating to the relevant teams within the IT department
